Communication Product Engineer/光器件产品工程师(J10037)

Responsibilities:

●Failure handling and yield & product & process improvements

●Write manufacturing working instructions, QCP, FMEA and other process documents at the NPI stage and modify these documents with production findings and process improvements. Train operators to operations according to process documents requirements.

●Continuously improve first pass yield (FPY) and materials utilization rate to ensure FPY meets the goal.

●Reduction production BOM cost by implementing processes, new materials verification and introduction, scrappage improvement, so as to improve product competitiveness.

●Support NPI/R&D by providing PE related assistants to ensure new projects can be moved to Mass Production in time.

●Improve production reliability and lead the RMA handling, to analysis the RMA failure, make FA report and provide reworking instructions.

Requirements:

●Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Optics, Telecommunication, Physics, Electronics, Photonics, Mechanics or equivalent technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred.

●3+ years of working experience in Optical communications/Electronics Manufacturing (or related) industry and above.

●Product Engineering work experience is preferred. Experience in EDFA, ILS, Yield improvement and Cost Reduction.

●Capacity of Project Management, to track project progress and alter gating items required help.

●Good command of English communication, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Good spoken English preferred.
