岗位目标Job Purpose
The Commercial Development team aims to identify new business opportunities and increase salesforce productivity through diligent strategy work, business development projects as well as a continuous strive to improve Commercial Excellence and Salesforce efficiency (SFE) processes.
As Commercial Excellence Manager you will take on a key role in the team by driving- and supporting on Commercial Excellence processes and SFE initiatives across the China Wound & Tissue Repair organization. You will take part in yearly strategic planning and work together with our sales and marketing organization to ensure strong execution of the China WTR commercial priorities.
岗位职责Major Roles & Responsibilities
1. Leading the process of monthly and quarterly performance management of WTR BU, includes meeting material preparation, data tools maintenance and reports distribution etc.
2. Sales account management tool maintenance and distribution
3. Support on ad hoc business performance analysis and presentation preparation
4. As project track owner of SFE improvement projects (e.g. CRM data improvement tracking, strategic KPI setting etc.), help to provide continued and consistent reviews and POVs
5. Support Head of Commercial Development on strategic projects
6. Support on annual strategic planning process with data analysis and presentation development
7. Support on routine performance management analysis and deliverables to HQ
8. Other upon request support to execution team
任职资格Job Qualifications
1. At least 5 years of working experience in analytical roles, preferable within Business Development, Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Finance or Consulting
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable within marketing, finance or economics

4. Accountability on business deliverables
5. Decent collaboration skill across multiple functions and multicultural interfaces

技能Skills
1. Strong numerical understanding
2. Excellent skill in Excel and strong in PowerPoint
3. Basic understanding of financial modelling in Excel
