* Lead and manage the whole process of VBP projects including planning,
execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
* Manage pricing bids and ensure balanced financial outcomes across various
channels and regions by conducting comprehensive analysis and negotiations.
* Oversee goods selection processes ensuring alignment with VBP strategies,
market trends, and customer demands.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align
VBP initiatives with overall business goals.
* Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and
budgets; provide regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities to
stakeholders.
* Facilitate communication between team members, departments, and external
partners to ensure clarity of goals and efficient achievement of project
objectives.

基本任职资格Basic qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a
related field; Master's degree is preferred.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within
the pricing or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record in managing complex projects from inception to
completion successfully.
