FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES 职位要求：
A.College degree or above.大学或以上文凭.
B.Have the basic knowledge of network.具备基本的网络知识.
C.Proficient in injection molding process, injection molding equipment and injection molding equipment surrounding the skilled operation.精通注塑成型工艺，注塑设备和注塑周边设备熟练操作.
D.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.熟练使用办公软件.
E.Good analysis and problem solving n ability.良好的分析问题，解决问题的能力.
F.5-10 years of moulding and production management experience.5-10年注塑成型技术及现场管理经验.
G.Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). 良好的电脑技能（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project）.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 基本职责：
A.Control department cost and energy.-Monthly KPI部门成本管理及资源控制-月度KPI.
●Participate in yearly department cost budget setting.参与部门年度各项成本的预算工作.
●Monitor department cost, and continuously do the cost down.负责监控本部门预算，降低费用成本.
● Assist in collecting and analysis the data of production capacity, labour cost, energy fees. Ensure the efficient in and out, and sufficient labour utilization.配合做好生产能力、劳动力匹配、能源费用的数据收集和分析,保证投入产出率、人员利用率达到或超越公司的目标要求 .
B.Provides history data for yearly department targets setting. Segregate the targets reasonably for efficient implement.为部门年度目标的合理设定提供数据信息，并有效分解、执行部门目标指标.
●Set and implement department targets based on company quality principles and yearly plan.根据公司的品质方针和年度工作计划，制定生产部的工作目标，并组织实施.
● Segregate the targets reasonably and implement to every position and every production process.将部门目标进行有效分解，到落实至各岗位及各生产环节中，以确保目标指标的有效执行.
● Review and approve purchase requirements for moulding spare parts, auxiliary tools, test equipments. Do the trouble shooting for mouldings and machines.审核所有有关模具备件，安装辅助工具，测试设备提出的采购要求，处理和解决模具，设备发生的问题.
C.Control production process and monitor production sites-Monthly KPI生产过程管控及现场的监督管理-月度KPI.
● Efficiently arrange production. Ensure the on time delivery and good quality of products.有效组织生产,保证及时生产出符合标准规范及满足客户要求的产品.
●Establishment, supervision, testing, injection molding process, mold, equipment, machinery and equipment to make timely and effective solutions to problems, so as to meet the requirements of customers to the mold, the production.建立、监管、测试注塑流程，对模具，仪器，机器设备制定及时有效的问题解决方案，从而满足客户对模具、生产的要求.
●Design, set, test and maintain fixtures. Preventively notice the problems may occur in production and do the POKA-YOKE.夹具的设计、安装、测试和维护，预见生产过程中可能产生的问题，并做好防治措施.
● Analysis production NG problems and do the continuously improvements. 生产不良及异常分析处理、持续改善.
● Set and implement department regulations负责本部门规章制度及相关工作流程的制定和实施.
● Coordinate the good communications with other departments组织、协调内部的生产与外部门的联系，确保生产顺畅.
●Completes the molding department site "6 s" management work, to ensure the molding department working environment clean, neat and orderly, items should be classified clearly marked/neat, do safety and civilized production, ensure no inductrial injury accident happened in the process of production做好注塑部现场“6S”管理工作，确保注塑部工作环境清洁、整齐有序，物品需分类标识清楚/摆放整齐，做到安全、文明生产，确保在生产过程中无工伤事故发生.
D.Hazardous chemicals management.危险化学品管理.
E.Manage the stuff in production department部门员工及组织结构的管理.
●Based on development plans and production situations, improve the placement of stuff reasonably根据公司发展的需要和实际生产状况，持续完善注塑部的组织结构和人员编制，科学合理地配置人手.
●Set up and implement training program and performance review process制定本部门员工培训计划、岗位绩效考核，并跟踪、实施.
F.Others assignments to support operation分配的其他工作事项.
