职位描述：
To develop new magnetics products(inductor, Transformers)
开发新的磁性元件产品（电感和变压器）
To prepare documents for new products(includes specifications, drawings, and specific documents for marketing)
准备新产品所需的文件（包括规格书，图纸以及其它市场需求的文件）
To lead and arrange NPI till the new products to Mass production.
主导和安排新产品的导入至量产。
To support Marketing department to do technical communication, seminars, presentations, trainnings.
支持市场部门做技术支持，技术交流， 演讲，培训等
Work closedly with suppliers to get up to the minute information for new application to help company will be the leader in specific field application.
与供应商紧密配合以达到信息互通，确保公司在特定的领域能处于领先。
The other specific projects were assigned from managers.
其它的主管交代的工作。
基本要求：
B.S. in Sciencfacturing process and quality issues. - Provide technical training and se or EE. Min. of Associates Degree. - Magnetic design engineering background or experience in D/D Power Supplies is desirable. -Very familar with all kinds of raw material for magnetics, such as core, wire, clip, bobbin, base, epoxy etc. -Very familiar with all kinds of testing for inductors and transformers - Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese. - Good communication skills are required. - Experience in working in the LAN environment and in MS Office program. - Willing to travel to visit customers and overseas suppliers (15% to 25% of time).
