Job Description:
Ø Report Line: Project Department Manager
Ø Responsibilities:
○ Lead-Monitor-Drive different projects / programs with interface to the customers in order to reach the released targets;
○ Ensure the adherence of the Grammer Product Development System (PDS);
○ Create project plans under consideration of the projects goals and mile stones;
○ Plan / Manage resources, costs and necessary investments and prepare economic calculation accordingly;
○ Lead the project teams and coordinate;
○ Ensure successful arrangements with customer and suppliers;
○ Follow up the project plans , tasks and costs;
○ Decision making and implementation of corrective actions;
○ Manage the product transfer activities - ensure a smooth and efficient serial launch;
○ Leading of project closing and creation of final project report (lessons learned).
○ Ensure project targets are being met – quality, time and finance.
Job Specification / required skills:
Ø Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering or business with a fine technical grasp;
Ø Minimum 5 years experience working in Automotive or Automotive Supplier Industry;
Ø Minimum 2 years full-time project management experience (with customer experience)
Ø 2 years working experience for other functions than PM
Ø Good understanding of technical products, customer's requirements and expectation;
Ø Working in a responsible and independent way;
Ø Fluent in Chinese and English, German is optional;
Ø Team leading experience;
Ø Extreme ownership and good team player;
Ø Good knowledge of MS-Office (esp. MS-Project and Excel);
Ø Having R&D experience is preferred.
