Responsibilities
Take ownership of the whole overseas recruitment projects of high-quality clients from various industries.
Draft English JD, invitation letter and communicate with foreign talents.
Actively sourcing and screening target candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter.
Communicate with clients about the project status and provide analysis reports.
Assist in drafting pitch deck and market insight report through LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Summarize success cases and maintain the team knowledge base.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Preferred Experience
Experience in HR/headhunting/talent sourcing/data analysis.
Fluency in both reading and writing in English.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, proficiency in gathering and analyzing information.
Strong execution and willingness to learn.
Ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results with a strong attention to detail
Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word,PowerPoint and Excel).
