Job Responsibility

2. Management of existing key accounts;

现有大客户的管理；

3. New business development;

4. Work closely with other members of the sales team and the technical departments;
与销售团队和技术部门的其他成员紧密合作；

5. Analyze data to identify sales opportunities;
分析数据以确定销售机会；

6. Develop a sales strategy and forecast to achieve the sales goals in the related Chinese and Global market;
制定销售策略并预测中国及全球市场的销售目标；

7. Develop marketing ideas and material;
开发营销思路和材料；

8. Generate Sales Reports to the upper Management.
向上级管理部门提供销售报告。

Job Qualifications
任职资格要求

- Profound technical and business education with at least Bachelor degree;
本科以上学历，具有深厚的技术和商业教育背景；
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar position;
5年以上相关工作经验；
- Experience in the automation industry, an automotive focus will be a plus;
具有自动化行业工作经验，有汽车行业工作经验者优先；
- Able to interpret RFQs, technical specifications, drawings, documents, a.s.o.;
能够翻译询价、技术规范、图纸、文件等；
- Able to prepare price calculations and price estimations, technical concepts and proposals;
能够编制价格计算和价格估算、技术概念和建议书；
- Strong communication, social and networking skills;
良好的沟通、社交和网络技能；
- Native Chinese Speaker; spoken/written English or German skills necessary;
中文母语；具备英语或德语口语/书写能力；
- Capable of working carefully with a quick mind and sense of responsibility;

- Working style structured and precise;
工作风格规整严谨；
- Strong personality – Able to make things happen;

- Willingness to travel within china and Asia.
