维修主管 Maintenance Supervisor

职位概况：
负责公司设施和生产设备的保养维护，日常维修改善；负责工程施工的安全监管。确保安全作业，降低设备故障率，不断学习新技能提高维修团队技术水平。
Be responsible for maintenance of facility and production equipment, daily repairing and improvement and be responsible for the safety supervision of engineering. Ensure safe operation, reduce equipment failure rate, and constantly learn new skills to improve the technical level of the maintenance team.
1. 制定和按计划实施设施和生产设备的保养维护任务
Make and implement maintenance tasks for facilities and production equipment as scheduled
2. 及时处理日常维修工作，减少对生产的影响
3. 负责备件管理，定期盘点，优化备件库存
Be responsible for spare parts management, regular inventory, optimize spare parts inventory
4. 不断改善设备，提高设备的稳定性和效率
Constantly improve equipment, improve equipment stability and efficiency
5. 对维修团队进行管理和培训，提高其安全意识和技术水平
Manage and train the maintenance team to improve their safety awareness and technical level
6. 负责外来工程施工和外来维护保养人员的安全监管
Be responsible for the safety supervision of external engineering construction and external maintenance personnel
7. 协助工程师跟进项目，跟进新设备和工装夹具的安装调试
Assist engineer to follow up the project, follow up the installation and adjusting of new equipment and fixture
任职要求：
1. 机械自动化背景大专及以上学历，有电工证，熟悉自动化设备, PLC和机械制图
2. 8年以上工作经验具有良好的动手能力
