POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will report to General Manager, be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services in accordance with sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of established goals and objectives.
本职位直接汇报给总经理,负责推广并销售公司与销售政策和程序相符的公司产品及服务,以建立和追求相应目标。
Establishes and maintains positive business relationships with clients. Set up and maintain the positive company reputation within the market and customers.
与客户建立并保持积极的业务关系。积极建立和维护公司市场信誉和客户。
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNT ABILITIES:
Have direct responsibility for the assigned accounts.
直接服务于指定客户。
Cultivates sales and new accounts to grow business.
培养销售和发展新客户业务。
Make sales calls on assigned customers and prospects to secure profitable business.
与指定客户及潜在客户建立销售关系,致力于公司盈利。
Ensure the achievement of established objectives for price integrity and acceptable gross profit margins in alignment with company goals.
在完成公司制定目标的同时,确保公司价格体系的完整及可接受的盈利。
Prepares and executes presentations to customers.

Presents history, strengths, value-added ideas, etc., to help the customer choose Castle Metals as their Preferred Supplier of Choice.

Interacts with other departments to provide product, customer and general knowledge to help solve customer needs.
与公司其他部门配合,以提供产品及服务满足客户需求。
Manages outside sales entertainment budget expenditures.
控制销售有关预算及花费。
Sales forecast and allocation management.
销售预测和任务分配管理。
Education QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in meturllegy, aerospace, business, finance, marketing, or similar field, or equivalent, strongly preferred
金属材料或冶金,航空,市场营销,经济学或财务等相关领域学士学位,在相关领域经验丰富者优先
Special Training and Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated selling abilities. 拥有一定的销售技巧及优秀的公关能力。
Strong customer service orientation with ability to initiate and sustain productive business relationships with customers. 较强的客户服务意识与建立并维持与客户的销售关系的能力。
Solid verbal and written communication skills (English & Chinese) with ability to make effective presentations to clients. 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力(中英文),杰出有效的客户展示能力。
Excellent analytical abilities with ability to analyze data; solve problems and make effective decisions. 优秀的数据分析能力;独立解决问题并做出有效的决策。
Ability to develop marketing plans in concert with established sales objectives. 根据既定的销售目标开发市场计划的能力。

Experience:
At least five (5) years working experiences and minimum three (3) years experiences in outside sales selling specialty metal products or distribution/process service in the Aerospace/Medical sectors. 至少五(5)年的工作经验和至少叁(3)年在航空或医疗行业销售金属材料、分销或加工服务的经验。
Solid business acumen with demonstrated knowledge of raw materials (i.e. ferrous and non-ferrous material) and metals industry experience preferred. 拥有扎实的原材料知识(即黑色和有色金属材料)和在金属行业商业头脑者优先。
Knowledge in aerospace/medical material sales preferred with existing customers’ relationship在航空航天、医疗行业与现有客户有销售经验者优先。
Thorough understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.深入了解营销策略和销售技巧。
Travel requirements:30-50%. 出差比重:30-50%。
