• Handle daily domestic and international procurement and sales orders

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of commercial documents

• Timely track accounts receivable and payable, assisting in controlling trade risks
及时跟进应收应付货款,协助控制贸易风险
• Solve daily supply chain issues to ensure timely delivery of orders
解决日常供应链问题,确保订单准时交付
• Collect, evaluate, and analyze business data, and regularly develop supplier performance reports
收集、评估及分析商业数据,定时制定供应商绩效报告
• Customer service oriented and promptly address customer needs
客户服务为导向,及时解决客户需求
• Other tasks assigned by supervisors
及时完成上级领导交办的其他工作
Requirements:
任职要求:
• Languages: Good command of verbal and written English is a must
良好英语听说读写能力 (硬性要求,非诚勿扰)
• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Logistics Management and International Trade
本科及以上学历,供应链物流管理和国际贸易经济等专业
• One year of Supply Chain management or PMC experience
1年以上供应链管理或生产及物料管理经验
• Adapt to short-term business trips
适应每季度短期(2-3天)出差要求
• Good knowledge in SAP system is preferred
熟悉SAP系统优先
• Strong communication skill

• Customer focus orientation
