仓库主管

岗位职责：
1.Responsible for the daily receiving, despensing, storage, shipping per GMP requirement.
根据制药企业GMP要求负责日常收货、发货、储存和运输。
2. Responsible for FG delivery, return and physical goods destruction as well as relevant records.
负责成品的交付、退货和实物销毁以及相关记录填写。
3. Regular cycle counting to ensure the conformity of ERP accounts, physical goods and cards.
定期循环盘点，确保ERP账目、实物和卡片的一致性。
4. Responsible for the creation, revision and implementation of GMP documents & SOP.
负责GMP文件和SOP的创建、修订和实施。
5. Responsible for GMP audit and customer
audit, ensure the quality system meets the audit requirements and drive
continuous improvement.
负责GMP审计和客户审计，确保质量体系符合审核要求，推动持续改进。
6. In accordance with the Production Safety
Law and the Regulations on the administration of Hazardous chemicals, well
manage and control the use of dangerous goods & hazardous chemicals.
根据《安全生产法》和《危险化学品管理条例》，做好危险品和危险化学品的使用和管理工作
7. Be responsible for relevant change management,
validation management, deviation management including investigations and
closures.
负责相关变更管理，设备验证，偏差管理，调查和关闭。
8.Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
上级交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. College degree or above.
专科及以上学历。
2. More than 5 years working experience in warehouse management, strong
team leadership ability, familiar with warehouse and GMP management, strong
team guidance ability.
5年以上仓库管理工作经验，团队领导能力强，熟悉仓库和GMP管理，团队指导能力强。
3. Proficient in Office software, good at Excel, strong data analysis ability.
精通办公软件，擅长Excel，数据分析能力强。
4. Strong ERP/WMS system knowledge.
强大的ERP/WMS系统知识。
5. Good English reading and writing skills.
良好的英语读写能力。
6. Good communication and coordination
skills, professionalism, teamwork and organizational leadership, able to work
under great intensity and pressure.
良好的沟通协调能力、专业精神、团队合作精神和组织领导能力，能够承受较大的工作强度和压力。
