Job Title: Senior Project Manager - IT Infrastructure Managed Service
Location: Tokyo, Japan
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior
Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a
focus on IT infrastructure projects. In addition to project management
skills, the candidate should have experience using project management
tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence. Fluency in both
business-level Japanese and English is required for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
• Serve as the customer-facing single point of contact for IT
infrastructure projects.
• Plan, execute, and oversee IT infrastructure projects from initiation
to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with
stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project resources, including team members and external
vendors.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Desired Skills and qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best
practices.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft
Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
