岗位职责: To support the manager in delivering one or more actuarial functions for the Group’s insurance entities in Hong Kong and other Asian countries, including: 协助经理为本集团在香港及其他亚洲国家的保险实体履行一项或多项精算职能,包括: • Carrying out the end-to-end process from data preparation, defining assumptions, model set up, model execution, results review, result analysis and result submissions. 执行从数据准备、定义假设、模型建立、模型执行、结果审查、结果分析和结果提交的端到端流程 • Producing monthly, quarterly and annual reporting of insurance entity results under IFRS17 and other MI information under other reporting basis (e.g. Embedded value) 根据IFRS17编制保险实体业绩的月度、季度和年度报告,并根据其他报告基础编制其他MI信息(如嵌入值) • Carry out Risk Based Capital (RBC) and Economic Capital (EC) valuations including quarterly results production, stress/sensitivity testing and movement analysis. 进行基于风险的资本(RBC)和经济资本(EC)的估值,包括季度结果的制作,压力/敏感性测试和动态分析 • Ensure timely and accurate business forecast and regulatory submission. 确保及时准确的业务预测和法规提交 • Carrying out experience investigations. 开展经验调研 • Ensure that the financial reporting work is compliance with the internal and external audit requirements. 确保财务报告工作符合内部和外部审计的要求 • Maintain a robust control structure, governance, and documentation standards. 保持稳健的控制结构、治理和文档标准 • Provide technical support to junior staff in the team. 为团队中的初级员工提供技术支持
任职要求: • University graduate in Actuarial Science, Risk Management, Business Finance, or related discipline 精算学、风险管理、商业金融或相关专业大学毕业 • Proficient problem solving and analytical skills 熟练的问题解决和分析能力 • Good progress with actuarial examinations, and experience in corporate actuarial may be an advantage 精算考试成绩良好,有企业精算经验者优先 • Good spoken and written English, and the ability to Simplified Chinese (written) / Mandarin & Cantonese (verbal) is a plus 良好的中英文读写能力 • Good knowledge of life insurance products, regulation, and reporting regimes. 熟悉人寿保险产品、法规和报告制度 • Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills 良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力
