1. 模具管理和控制：包括模具的使用、维护保养、维修、制作审定、申报、监督执行等。
2. 制定和完善工艺文件：涉及模具工艺文件的制定以及操作规程的完善。
3. 模具的日常维护保养：包括模具及其周边装置的日常维护保养和正确的使用工作。
4. 监控和管理：监督操作工按操作规程和相关规定对模具进行保养和使用，并对结果负责。
5. 解决生产过程中的问题：如冲压生产出现的故障，保障生产任务的顺利完成。
6. 设备的安全管理：遵守相关规章制度，不违章作业，制止他人违章行为，确保人身安全和设备、模具和装置的质量。
7. 模具的紧急维修：接到模具拆装通知单后，应及时到位，展开工作，并在必要时进行调试和维护保养。
8. 模具的装模和调试：在装模和调试过程中，要严格按照计划单上的模具型号操作，并确保模具的正常运行。
