Mechanic Engineer机械工程师（2名）
Responsibilities:
岗位职责
1、Design and improve automation equipment.
自动化设备研发、改进。
2、Define the overall design of automation equipment.
制订非标设备整体设计方案。
3、Mechanic design. Prepare the assembly drawing, list of inhouse machining parts, off the shelf parts, out sourcing parts.
产品机械部分设计，绘制装配图及零部件图、申报自制件、标准件、外购件清单。
4、Manage the historical document of machine debug and design change.
负责收集和管理设备的调试、设计变更的履历管理。
5、Classify and manage the drawing, manual and catalog. Update the drawing and if necessary, survey and draw the spare parts and get them co-signed.
对图纸、说明书、产品样本进行分类管理，更新图纸，必要时测绘备件并确认与会签。
6、Prepare the support plan for machine integration. Debug and runoff the new designed machine. Prepare the operation manual, assembly and debug manual for the machine.
制定安装支援计划，并调试、验收新设备，编制设备使用、装配、调试说明书。
7、Cooperate with project electric engineer.
做好与项目组内电气工程师的设计协调沟通工作；
Qualifications:
任职资格：
1、Under 45 years old. College degree or higher.CET-6 or above specialized in computer or electromechanical. Preferred candidates with electric experience.
45岁以下，大专以上学历，大学英语6级（CET-6）及以上水平。计算机及机电相关专业毕业，有电气基础的优先录用。
2、Familiar with pneumatic parts. Capable of independently sizing and using motors, pneumatic cylinders, valves, hydraulic units, guide rails, slides, screws, etc.
熟悉气动元件，能对电机、气缸、阀类、液压元件、导轨滑台丝杆等元器件独立并熟练的应用及选型；
3、Experts in 3D software of Solidworks or Zwcad, or experts in 2D software CAD.
三维设计精通Solidworks、中望软件之一或二维设计能熟练运用CAD；
4、Work with responsibility. Creative and team worker.
