QA assistant manager
**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **QA assistant manager** to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, team leadership, and process improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards, implement testing strategies, and drive continuous improvement in our development lifecycle.
**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of QA and QC engineers, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
- Develop and implement QA and QC processes, policies, and best practices to enhance product reliability.
- Define test strategies, including manual, automated, and performance testing.
- Work closely with Development, Product teams.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and report on QA metrics, test coverage, and product quality.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging QA and QC technologies.
- Manage QA tools, frameworks, and environments to optimize testing efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- **5+ years** of QA and QC experience, with **2+ years in a leadership role. More than 2 years of direct management experience in QA and QC team .
- Hands-on experience with **test automation tools and **QA frameworks**.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with **performance, security is a plus.
- Strong professional knowledge. Good management skills. Good report skills.QA assistant manager.
