Foreign Trade Sales Representative
【Responsibilities】
1. Utilize independent platforms such as Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., to explore and develop overseas clients, focusing on English-speaking countries, and maintain customer relationships, as well as participate in domestic and international offline exhibitions.
2. Provide quotations to foreign clients, negotiate orders, and assist clients in completing order payments.
3. Collect potential customer information, understand and identify customer needs and requirement, present the advantages and features of our products, develop new customers, manage customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
4. Regularly summarize business information and related data, and report market dynamics to management in a timely manner.
5. Handle customer inquiries via email, chat applications, phone calls, etc., effectively follow up on inquiries and other customer information, and maintain good interactive relationships.
6. Follow up on order progress and coordinate smoothly shipment of goods.
【Requirements】
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of foreign trade, good knowledge of foreign trade processes, it is welcomed to have good experience with social media platforms (WhatsApp,Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook) .
2. junior college degree or above, with majors related to English, international trade, marketing preferred; fluent in spoken and written English.
3. Familiarity with foreign trade processes, possessing sales skills and negotiation skills.
4. Passion for the foreign trade industry, good emotional stability, excellent communication skills, clear goals, and strong self-motivation.
5. Reliability and stability, willing to share knowledge, active thinking, ability to handle work pressure, and willingness to strive for high income. Possess team spirit.
英语外贸业务员
【工作职责】
1. 通过独立站,利用WhatsApp、谷歌、Twitter、LindkedIn、Facebook等外贸相关平台挖掘开发海外客户,进行英语国家的开拓和客户维护;以及加国内外线下展会。
2. 为国外客户报价、洽谈订单跟进协助客户完成订单付款;
3. 收集潜在客户资料,了解和发掘客户需求及购买愿望,介绍自己产品的优点和特色,开拓新客户、管理客户关系,完成销售任务;
4. 定期汇总业务信息及相关资料的整理和归档,了解市场动态及时向领导汇报;
5. 通过邮件,聊天软件,电话等处理客户询盘,有效跟进询盘及站内的其他客户信息,保持良好的互动关系;
6. 跟进订单进度,协调货物顺利出运
岗位要求:
1. 3年或以上外贸业务经验,熟悉阿里巴巴国际站操作,懂使用whatsapp、Twitter、LindkedIn、Facebook等外贸相关平台;
2. 大专及以上学历,英语、国际贸易、营销等相关专业优先,英语口语、书面表达沟通无障碍;
3. 熟悉外贸流程,具有一定销售技巧和谈判技巧;
4. 热爱外贸事业,心理素质好,沟通能力佳,目标清晰,自我驱动力强。
5. 踏实沉稳,乐于分享,思维活跃,能承受工作压力,勇于挑战高薪。具有团队合作精神
