Spark Plug Application Engineer

Serve as the technical window contact between Europe and the Chinese headquarters regarding spark plugs.
Be responsible for collecting, analyzing, cross-referencing competitors' products in the European aftermarket and compiling application lists (product catalogs).
Review technical documents for customer RFIs (Requests for Information) or RFQs (Requests for Quotation), and conduct technical communication with customers.
Organize or participate in face-to-face or online meetings with customers to clarify technical and quality requirements.
Prepare product proposals and quotation drawings for OE (Original Equipment) projects.
Provide spark plug application measurement support at European OE customer sites, including arranging engine dynamometers or vehicle resources, participating in measurements, and conducting on-site communication with customer engineers.
Offer technical support for customer complaints (covering quality and engineering issues).
Competency Requirements:
Master's degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
More than 3 years of working experience in automotive OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) or automotive parts suppliers.
Candidates with working experience in spark plug industry suppliers will be given priority.
Excellent communication skills in English/German; basic Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
Willingness to accept frequent business trips within Europe.
