产品技术研发工程师

岗位职责（Responsibilities）
负责按时交付客户相关的A/B/C/D样件，包括DV（设计验证）和PV（生产验证）阶段的任务。
Accountable for the deliverables: Focus to customer A/B/C/D sample deliverable including DV/PV.

负责确保设计具备良好的可制造性与可验证性，同时满足成本目标。
In charge of the robust design for Manufacturing / validation in line with the economic targets.

组织并统筹所有必要的设计评审工作。
Call/Consolidate all necessary design reviews.

确保与采购、制造等相关部门的技术/设计评审及时开展。
Make sure that Technical/Design Reviews with other networks are happening in a timely manner (Purchase, Industrial).

作为研发机电一体化职能的代表，对接客户。
Represent the R&D Mechatronic function at the customer.

就项目中的机电一体化相关议题与客户沟通，并将客户的需求进行分解并传达至内部相关部门。
Interface with the customer for the R&D Mechatronic subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs.

根据需要，向上级汇报工作并提出问题升级。
Report and escalate to the Mechatronic Project manager (M-PM) or his/her manager as needed.

参与A/B/C/D阶段的进度安排与预算制定工作。
Contribute for the A/B/C/D scheduling and budgeting.

参与识别项目所需的资源、设备及投资需求。
Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments.

制定清晰的研发任务分解计划，以确保按时满足客户交付要求。
Establish a simple breakdown of the R&D activities to meet the customer delivery on time.

跟踪其职责范围内的研发进展和支出情况，确保在预算范围内执行。
Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget.

任职要求（Preferred Qualifications）
本科及以上，主修机械工程、电子工程、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or related fields.

具备5年以上汽车电子或机电一体化相关领域的研发经验.
5+ years of R&D experience in automotive electronics, mechatronics, or related fields.

熟悉汽车研发流程，了解A/B/C/D样件开发及DV/PV测试流程。
Familiar with automotive R&D process, including A/B/C/D sample development and DV/PV testing.
