主要职责：
1. 教学工作Teaching and Learning
教授学生研究技能以及定位打印或网络资源，尤其是使用图书馆目录和资源； Teach students research skills and how to locate print and online sources, in particular how to use the library catalogue and resources.
负责教授学生辨别信息的可靠性和真实性，并组织研究发现； Teach students how to identify whether the information obtained is reliable and how to organize their research findings.
协助学生使用众多的资源和技术； Help students use a range of resources and technologies
2. 课程分配工作Curriculum Delivery
作为图书馆主管，积极参加部门领导会议和议程； Serve as Head of Department for Library and participate in Head of Department meetings and agendas.
积极配合主题单元的规划和授课，并协助任课教师整合信息； Cooperatively plan and teach units of work with subject and classroom teachers incorporating information skills and knowledge.
积极配合任课教师收集各领域信息； Support teachers with resources across all curriculum areas
积极配合任课教师，参与重要活动，如图书周； Collaborate with teaching staff on special events – such as Book Week
3. 学生积极性Motivation of Students
与英语和中文教师合作，激发学生对于阅读的兴趣，并帮助他们找到适合年龄和自身阅读技巧的书籍； Along with English and Mandarin teachers be responsible for inspiring students to start reading and helping them to find books that are age and skill appropriate and of interest to them
建立维护图书馆日常程序，维持图书馆的良好秩序； Set and ensure library routines are established and maintained to ensure good order in the library
负责图书馆活动和主题的运行事宜，重点强调图书和素养； Run events, from time to time, to focus on books and literacy.
4. 专业领导力Professional Leadership
积极参与当地和国际性的专业化网络工作； Actively participate in professional networks locally and internationally
收集和分析关于图书使用的数据，并使用这些数据来进行之后的订购； Gather and analyse data regarding book use and using this to focus future purchases.
5.员工激励 Motivating Staff
协调图书馆员工的日常工作；Coordinate roles and daily tasks of library staff.
负责图书馆员工的考评工作；Responsible for appraisal of library staff
为图书馆员工提供专业发展机会；Seek out Professional Development opportunities for library staff.
在图书馆使用方面，为教学人员提供专业化发展；Facilitate professional development for teaching staff in library use.
6.关系管理 Relationship Management
展现有效的个人技巧和沟通技巧；Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills
促进图书馆在包玉刚实验学校社区的影响力；Promote library amongst the YK Pao School community
确保图书馆营造一种学生和家长都想要参观的、以学习为中心的环境；Ensure the library is a welcoming learner-centered environment that students and parents want to visit.
7. 行政职责Administrative Function
开发和管理图书馆预案；Develop and administer library budget
管理发行的ICT设备；Manage the issuing of video camera peripherals
制定丢失或损坏书籍的相关赔偿政策。与包玉刚实验学校社区共享信息；Set policy for compensation for lost or damaged books. Share with YK Pao School community.
8. 学校非课堂生活安排Contribution to Non-classroom Life of the School
参与学校和社区的项目；Take part in school and community events
负责图书馆相关事项。Take the lead on library events.

要求：
1.本科或以上学历，图书馆档案、教育学或其他相关专业；
2.国际学校图书馆工作经验者优先考虑；
3.持高中教师资格证；
4.能够使用英语进行课堂教学；
5.具备开放的思维模式，勇于探索创新精神，乐于接受新理念新事物，有较强的团队合作意识；关爱学生，尽心尽责；
6.可能须住校。

有意向的申请人将被要求填写一份包含详细教育和专业背景信息的申请表，经过安全招聘培训的面试官将参加面试。申请人将接受严格的背景调查，不接受非特定性的推荐或者证明信函。入职前要求提供由政府机构或警方出具的无犯罪记录的报告。所有工作人员每年均需接受安全制度培训，包括鉴别、反馈和报告程序。
