主要职责：

教学 Teaching & Learning

• 制定、准备并开展与学校课程和学习目标相契合的引人入胜的课程

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school curriculum and learning objectives.

• 根据不同学生的需求调整教学，包括有特殊教育需求（SEN）的学生、英语为第二语言的学生以及能力各异的学生，包括提前调整资源，并在课堂上根据需要灵活调整问题和活动

Adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with SEN, EAL, and varying abilities, including adapting resources in advance, and adapting questions and activities dynamically during the lesson where appropriate

• 运用多种教学策略、资源和技术，促进以学生为中心的主动学习

Use a range of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to foster active, student-centered learning.

• 通过形成性评估和总结性评估来监测和评估学生的学习情况，及时提供反馈以支持学生进步

Monitor and assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support progress.

课程与评估 Curriculum & Assessment

• 依照学校和监管机构的要求，实施并维持高标准的课程教学

Implement and maintain high standards of curriculum delivery in line with school and regulatory requirements.

• 与学科组长合作，参与课程开发、审查和改进工作

Contribute to HoDs, review, and improvement initiatives in collaboration with HoDs.

• 准确记录学生的学习进展、评估数据和报告要求

Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessment data, and reporting requirements.

• 支持学生设定并实现学业目标，培养有效的学习习惯

Support students in setting and achieving academic goals and developing effective study habits.

学生关怀与学生支持 Pastoral & Student Support

• 营造安全、包容和尊重的学习环境 Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment

• 关注所有学生的社交、情感和身心健康需求，必要时转介给年级组长、咨询师或SEN负责人

Support the social, emotional, and well-being needs of all students, referring to Heads of Year, counselors, or SENCO as appropriate.

• 鼓励学生遵守学校学生关怀政策，培养积极行为、参与度和责任感

Encourage positive behaviour, student engagement, and responsibility in line with the school’s pastoral policies

导师职责与任务 Tutor Role & Responsibilities

• 为指定的学生群体担任导师，监督其学业进展、社会情感发展和个人成长

Serve as tutor for a designated group of students, monitoring academic progress, social-emotional development, and personal growth.

• 定期与学生进行交流，协助设定目标，并引导导师小组的学生养成有效的学习习惯、自我管理技能和积极的行为

Facilitate regular check-ins, support goal-setting, and guide the tutor group students in developing effective study habits, self-management skills, and positive behaviors.

• 作为家长与所负责的导师小组之间的主要联络人，并与年级组长、咨询师和SEN负责人合作，确保为学生提供全面的支持

Act as the main point of contact for parents regarding your tutor group and collaborate with Heads of Year, counselors, and SENCO to ensure holistic student support.

专业发展与协作 Professional Development & Collaboration

Participate in regular professional development, training, and appraisal processes.

Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and colleagues about student progress, achievements, and areas for growth.

Support the school’s mission and vision through active participation in school life and culture.

要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，思想政治等相关专业；

2. 具有在中学或国际/双语学校任教的经验者优先；

3. 持教师资格证；

4. 英语水平能够进行授课；

5. 对学科领域及教学法有扎实的了解；

6. 致力于全纳教育和学生福祉

7. 出色的沟通、协作和组织能力
