主要职责：
配合社会情感咨询负责人做好以下工作 To work with the Head of Social and Emotional Counselling to :
• 支持学生个人及集体来发展情感和社会技能 Support students individually or through groups to develop their emotional/social skills and mental health;
• 提供个人或团体辅导，以确定需求和关注 Provide individual or group counselling to students with identified needs and concerns;
• 根据需要进行有效的推荐和跟进 Implement effective referral to outside agencies and follow-up process as needed;
• 向学校职员和家长提供适当的资料，同时尊重学生的隐私保密 Provide appropriate information to school staff and parents whilst respecting students’ confidentiality;
• 实施各项计划，以改善和提高高中部学生和员工的身心健康 Implement programmes to improve and enhance student and staff well-being at the High School；
• 为员工和家长提供适当的培训，帮助他们更好地支持我们的学生度过青春期 Offer appropriate training to staff and parents to help them better support our students through adolescence.

1. 咨询、心理或相关专业的大学本科学历；
2. 具有学校心理咨询工作经验；
3. 良好的沟通技巧，灵活应变；
4. 对于工作怀有热情、精力充沛、具有创新能力并用于承担风险；

The School offers an education rooted in Chinese culture yet integrated with an international approach and perspective, to allow students to continue studies at top universities around the world. Our goal is to develop creative, independent and responsible students through a student-centred approach to teaching, emphasizing arts, sports, group activities and community service as well as academic studies. We plan to offer full primary and secondary education, comprising five years at Primary level and seven years at Secondary level, with full boarding in Secondary. Subjects are taught in Chinese and English by native language-speaking teachers. We are working closely with leading schools including Eton College and The Dragon School in the UK as well as key schools in Shanghai to develop exchange and partnership programs.
