Optical Engineer/光学工程师

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree on optical engineering, equivalent or higher; experience in the development of lighting technology for automotive industry.

2.Good PC skills especially in CAD System software, have the knowledge of CATIA– AUTOCAD software;

3.Good skills on optical simulation software, such as ASAP, Lighttools, SPEOS.

4.Good command of English in both spoken and written, CET 4 is a must.

5. Team spirit and interpersonal skills and good communication skills;

6. Solid knowledge of optical design

7. Basic knowledge of LED and mechanical design.

8. Strong problem-solving capabilities on optical design and process optimization



Job Responsibilities:

1.To build the optical system based on regulation and customer’s requirement.

2.To make optical simulation and analysis for all developing projects, have the ability to optimize the optical performance.

3.To prepare all samples for type approval of lamps.

4.To be responsible for the optical prototype build

5.To assure that all QRC’s and reviews are conducted and followed up within stipulated schedule.

6.To be responsible of the timeliness of all development related activities of his projects.

7.To follow up with all other light technique and test issues until QRC3 is completed.

8.To take care of all equipment and instruments belonging to the department.

9.To finish the optical analysis on RFQs

10.Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.
