岗位职责：
1、Design, implement and analyze data from in vitro or vivo efficacy studies and perform analysis
2、Communication to multiple cross-functional scientific teams
3、Being involved in multiple projects in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment
4、Opportunities for target evaluation and act as either a functional head or PTL overseeing projects from ideation to IND
任职条件 ：
1.A M.Sc or a Ph.D. degree in Immunology, Biology, Pharmacology or a related discipline is required
2、A 3+ years of job-related industry experience in the drug discovery sectors
3、Previous experience of target evaluation and project management is a plus
4、Deep dive in a certain therapeutic area such as tumor-immunology, autoimmune disease, metabolism is a plus. Understanding the in vitro and in vivo efficacy study design using various drug format is desired, such as TCE, ADC and multispecifics.
5、PCC or IND supporting experience is highly desired
6、Good written English and data presentation skills
