Development & Client Management
- Support
on the identification and pursue business opportunities in ADAS and EE
testing services with product managers - Travel
frequently to client sites across China to support sales activities - Participate
in client meetings, presentations and industry events - Serve
as primary contact for selected clients/projects - Conduct
regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify
opportunities - Manage
client expectations through proactive communication - Ensure
client satisfaction and address inquiries promptly - Identify
account growth opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, renewals) - Coordinate
meetings, visits, and travel logistics
on Project Coordination
- Act
as technical liaison between clients and internal engineering teams
throughout project lifecycle - Facilitate
information flow and coordinate distribution of technical specifications
to relevant departments - Proactively
identify and communicate potential issues or schedule changes - Escalate
complex technical matters to specialized engineers and coordinate
resolution - Support
project meetings, documentation, and client visits during execution
Qualifications
Professional
Experience:
- 5+
years of
proven experience in business development, technical sales or client
coordination roles - Automotive
industry experience required, preferably in testing services, engineering
services, or OEM supplier environment - Experience
coordinating between commercial and technical teams - Experience
preparing technical or commercial proposals is highly valued - Familiarity
with ADAS, EE systems, or automotive testing processes is a plus
Competencies:
- Excellent communication
skills with confidence in multi-level stakeholder engagement - Strong empathy, team
spirit, and assertiveness - Goal-driven, results-oriented mindset with exceptional
service orientation - Adaptability to work in
an international, multicultural environment
- Bachelor's or master’s degree
in engineering or business administration - Technical background required

- Fluent English (essential)
and Chinese - Additional languages considered
