Key Duties & Responsibilities
1、Review all QA/QC procedures of the Contractors to determine their compliance with the requirements of their respective Contracts and their adequacy for their proposed application and to notify the Contractors accordingly
2、 Review and approve, alter, amend or reject all Contractors’ inspection and test plans (ITP) as it deems appropriate to the nature and service of the items to be tested
3、Monitor the Contractors’ compliance with the QA/QC requirements of their respective Contracts
4、Review and as appropriate accept the Contractors’ hold, review and witness points in the construction programme relating to each ITP and also to permit inspection and testing of work prior to it being covered up to avoid incorporation into the Facilities of material and equipment with latent defects
5、Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment and HVAC systems including ductwork, chillers, AHUs, and piping.
6、Perform testing such as airflow balancing, pressure/leak tests, functional performance runs.
7、Ensure installations follow design specifications, ITPs, and industry standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA).
8、 Maintain detailed inspection records, test reports, and NCRs.
9、Support commissioning and pre-commissioning phases.
10、 Enforce HSE and safety protocols on mechanical/HVAC sites.
Requirements
1、5+ years of QA/QC experience in HVAC/mechanical systems, particularly in industrial or infrastructure projects.
2、Familiar with Conveyor, pump, material handling equipment(such as stacker, reclaimer), crusher ect.
3、 Strong knowledge of HVAC codes and testing standards.
4、 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering.
5、Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

3. 熟悉热工规范和测试标准。
4. 机械或热工相关专业本科以上学历。
5. 优秀的英语沟通和文档能力。
