Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Operations（6个月）

工作内容：
· Meet the Global buying milestones in quality and time.
· Communicate effectively with the Global team to guarantee Asian buying volumes are 100% accepted.
· Guarantee the approval process of the Asian POs is done within the agreed time
· Keep PO quantities and dates updated and the system to make sure that the information is available to the rest of the organization.
· Work closely with Sourcing team to maintain the integrity and availability of data in system
· Communicate delays or additional risk to the management and Customer service teams.
· Prepare weekly / monthly KPIs to monitor vendor’s performance and develop root cause analysis to propose future improvement actions when needed.
· Complete additional assignments as required.
任职要求：
· University Graduate preferable in the Supply Chain Management, Business management or relative discipline
· Minimum experience of 5 years of practical work involving data analysis, and excel intensive tasks.
· Experience in multi-national company preferred. Experience in retail and/or fashion industry is a plus.
· Quick learner with ability to work effectively and flexible enough to complete the job under time constraints.
· Team player, attention to details, well organized and able to work under pressure.
· Hard working and take initiative toward problems and willing to take new challenges.
· Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills; Practical experience in SAP is definitely an advantage.
