The main responsibility is to conduct Service Parts Assistance & Innovation, processing and enhancing the existing data mining workflows for GM Joint Ventures SBOMs, to update the catalog audit reports (missing parts illustrations, usages conflicts, illustration without service usages, etc), to maintain the GM Imported Vehicles parts release and catalog data, including illustrations up to date and coordinate the parts pre-clarification activities for custom clearance as well as to provide Level 1 assistance for Parts Analyst Center.
