Title: HRSS Associate Skills: Employee life cycle, HR Service center,Case management • To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times • Hire To retire experience. • Experience working for HR Shared Services and Employee Data Management. • Hands on experience working in Workday. • Provide accurate, timely first line HR advice and support to Managers, Employees and the wider HR team via telephone and email. • Administration of HR processes and procedures, including but not exclusive to: o New starter administration o Changes to employment and personal details o Changes to benefits and compensation o End of employment administration o Ad-hoc reporting and file management o Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based). • Ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers. • Take ownership of delivering your part in individual and team objectives/KPIs, maintaining a high-quality standard, protecting and enhancing the integrity of our brand at all times. • Ensure all SLAs/KPIs within HR Shared Services are met within the agreed tolerance levels for timeliness and quality. • Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis HR transformation programme, business calendar, plus ad-hoc in relation to business requirements. • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. • Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE). • To be part of Intel Ops (Process streamlining) • To come up with process enhancement ideas • To take up the training session for new joiners (as and when new joiners joins the team) • To own any project and successfully accomplish the project without any hassle • To be the first POC for the team on any queries and issues on the process • To be a single point of contact for all the SOPs and SOPs need to be updated on a timely manner • To maintain CR management tracker • To take up DMS clean up activity and segregate the folder in region specific • Need to provide the QC transition to the replacement
