HSE Officer -- Laboratory

岗位职责：
- Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to health, safety, and environmental management.
- Stay current with local health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures to mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness.
- Monitor environmental impact, track emissions, and implement strategies for reducing the organization's environmental footprint.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure compliance.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
- Generate reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance.

- 生成有关 HSE 业绩、事故和合规性的报告。
