风控经验业务合规调查
Scope of work:
• Responsible for providing client response and fact-finding related to investigations of SIRs, BI (Background Investigations), WPV (workplace violence) and other matters as directed by the Security Investigator.
• Responsible for providing client response and fact-finding related to investigations of SIRs, BI (Background Investigations), WPV (workplace violence) and other matters as directed by the Security Investigator.
• Gather, evaluate and interpret facts form the first-line incident report from the reporting party & witnesses in a concise and objective manner.
• Understand client working procedures of product manufacturing, transfer and scrapping procedures.
• Obtain and process Security system records such as access record, CCTV record etc. to support investigations.
• Interview subjects, witness and other relevant parties and write up interview records.
• Draft investigation report for review with Security Investigator.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders for minor case investigation and closure.
• Manage incidents in client AIT (Authorized Investigator Tool) including encoding, updating and closing cases.
• Maintain and analyze incident data as directed by Security Investigator.

•Track key indicators to enable an overview of the status and trend of a site including security breaches, asset loss & vandalism, violence etc.
•Maintains appropriate contact with local Law Enforcement Agencies.
•Manage access control system and badges
• Support any other activities as required
Skills:
• Fluent speaking/reading/writing in English and Chinese.
• Proficient with computers and office software/applications.
• Proficient with computers and office software/applications.
• High integrity and good ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow applicable Privacy laws, policies, and guidelines. Must adhere to a strict Code of Conduct.
•Be time-conscious with ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases while maintaining the standard of quality required.
•Ability to apply effective interview skills along with familiarity with investigative principles and analytical skills to conduct investigations.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Relevant investigative experience is preferred, like law enforcement or military
