岗位职责
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the design analysis and concept positioning of the planning project. Do sufficient analysis of the design concept and sort out relevant materials to meet the Client’s requirements.
负责规划项目的前期资料分析，概念定位，分析甲方要求的设计意向，根据要求整理相关资料；
2. Coordinate with planners and architects to propose planning concepts and report to the superior for design improvement.
配合协助规划师、建筑师提出景观概念方案，并向上级汇报之后进行设计推进；
3. According to the preliminary urban design concept and landscape concept to sketch drawings of masterplan and node design.
根据初步的城市设计概念以及景观概念绘制手绘平面图，和节点手绘；
4. Deepen and improve the relatively complete and clear design scheme, finish drawings and brochure content for the mid-term project report.
深化和完善相对完整，清晰的设计方案，完成项目中期景观设计成果系列图纸以及文本内容；
5. Further modify the design scheme according to the suggestions from the mid-term.
根据中期汇报建议，深化修改设计方案；
6. Assist architects to complete detailed landscape models.
协助建筑师完成景观模型细节深化；
7. Assist planners to complete analysis drawings of multimedia of the landscape chapter in the project.
协助规划师完成多媒体景观篇章的分析图纸；
8. Assist the project manager to create the structure, framework and drawings of the landscape chapter of the final text.
协助项目经理搭建最终文本中的景观篇章的结构，框架以及图纸；
任职资格：
Requirements:
1. Bachelors or above in Landscape Architecture or closely related field required;
园林或景观设计相关专业，本科或以上学历；
2. 3-5 years working experiences, with working experiences in foreign investment enterprises or design institutes preferred;
具有3-5年工作经验，外资企业及设计院经历优先
3. Proficiency in related design software; strong hand drawing skills;
熟练操作设计相关专业软件；手绘能力强；
4. Highly self-motivated, strong learning ability, judgment ability and comprehension ability;
工作主动性强，具备较强的学习能力、判断能力和理解领悟能力；
5. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential, responsible with rigorous personality and executive ability;
良好的团队协作精神和沟通能力，严谨认真，具有执行力；
6. Prior landscape construction drawings experience as a strong bonus.
有园建施工图经验优先录用。
