Educational Background
 Academic degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
Technical Skills
 Good analytical skills, contributing to team success, pro-active attitude
 High awareness of production relevant performance indicators incl. health & safety environment
 Technical finesse and experience with complex and automated machines and processes
 Mechanical construction and 2D/3D software
 Project management experience
 Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
 Strong knowledge of manufacturing (at least one-year experience in plant)
 Profound six sigma knowledge is considered as an asset
Language Skills
 Fluent in written and spoken English
 Fluency in German and/or French is considered as an asset
IT Skills
 MS Office tools and basic database knowledge, SAP basics, Autocad (or similar)
 Minitab, Solidworks
 Programming knowledge (VBA, C, Labview,…) is considered as an asset

 Ability to work in a global environment and be able to travel/work in the different remote locations

岗位职责
Gather, analyze and merge information, technical specifications about IEE`s products, relevant technical equipment on the market, common technical methods etc. to ensure IEE`s efforts to keep and improve the technical and quality market leadership.
Track equipment requests assigned to his person until the delivery to internal customers within the given timeline
Track supplier’s performance (timing) for all projects
Supports or performs (recommends) machine and tooling releases
Performing machine acceptance tests at equipment suppliers and/or in-house
Respects Legal (Maschinenrichtlinie 2006/42/EG, EN ISO 13849) Health and safety (OHSAS 18001) and Environmental norms (DIN ISO 14001) during developments of new machines and processes
Contributes with all activities to the general goals:
o scrap reduction
o reducing risks for operators regarding health and safety
o ability to reduce machine setup times
o high machine availability
o reach key performance indicators
Gives input to and supports P-FMEA process, Quality related production documentation (QP, CP) and production work instructions
Run and / or support cost reduction projects
Continuous learning and job knowledge: Improvements on machines, processes, testers, traceability, sensor functionality
Advise less experienced colleagues
Providing input for budget planning
Monitor project-related OPEX and CAPEX
Benchmarking for upcoming major investments
Ensure that an NDA is available when sharing confidential information with new external suppliers
Support punctual production of prototypes for internal and external customers.
Support audits in the plant if required
Support Manufacturing checks and Design reviews
Support remote manufacturing locations, if required on site
Help the plants to keep high level of standardization of material, tooling, machines, processes and documentation
Support remote development locations if required on site (e.g. local trainings)
Handover the responsibility of new equipment`s to the local plants
