JOB OBJECTIVE 岗位设置目标：
Responsible for comprehensive geological research, well location demonstration, reserve evaluation, exploration and development plan preparation, etc.
负责目标地区综合地质研究、井位论证、储量评价、勘探开发方案编制等。
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 关键职责：
1.Comprehensive geological research on the region and target blocks.
1. 区域及目标区块综合地质研究；
2.Conduct comprehensive research on fine stratigraphic correlation, structure, and reservoir, analyze oil&gas distribution, and OOIP/GIIP calculation.
2.开展地层及小层对比、构造、储层综合研究、油气分布规律分析，地质储量计算；
3.Build geological models, conduct uncertainty analysis, and calculate hydrocarbon inplace volume.
3.油藏地质建模及不确定性分析计算地质储量；
4.New well locations demonstration and optimization，new well tracking and
post-drilling evaluation.
4. 探井及开发井的井位论证以及新井跟踪及钻后评价；
5.Develop annual exploration and development plan or LTP.
5.年度勘探开发部署方案及中长期规划编制。
6.New project geological potential evaluation.
6.新项目地质潜力评价。
QUALIFICATIONS，EXPERIENCE
& SKILLS 任职资格，经验，技能等要求：
Education/Major，Certificate tec. 学历/专业：
*地质相关专业,本科以上学历。
Professional knowledge, experience, and capability related 工作知识/经验/能力要求:
*10年以上地质综合相关工作经验。
Job-Specific Skills 岗位特殊技能 :
*具备砂岩、碳酸盐岩地质综合研究能力及相关经验；
*熟练应用Petrel建模软件及其他相关地质软件如Resform, 石文等。
Language
语言: *有较强的英语或俄语语言能力，能较好应用英语或俄语开展进行技术沟通。
