设备工程师

岗位职责：
本职位主要负责生产设备的的维修,维护,保养计划编制,设备备件维护和设备故障数据收集分析,确保不断提高设备可利用率及减少设备停机时间.
This position is mainly responsible for the repair, maintenance, maintenance plan preparation, equipment spare parts maintenance and equipment failure data collection and analysis of production equipment to ensure continuous improvement of equipment availability and reduction of equipment downtime.
1. 具有强烈风险预防和安全意识,熟悉设备维修过程中的安全预防程序(LOTO等).
Have a strong risk prevention and safety awareness, and be familiar with the safety prevention procedures (LOTO, etc.) during equipment maintenance.
2. 保障责任区域类所有设备处于良好工作状态,满足产线的生产需求.
Ensure that all equipment in the responsibility area is in good working condition to meet the production needs of the production line.
3. 负责制定并定期维护设备保养计划内容和评估设备状态和备件状态.
Responsible for formulating and regularly maintaining equipment maintenance plan content and evaluating equipment status and spare parts status.
4. 负责制定设备相关作业指导文件并对技术员进行培训.
Responsible for formulating equipment-related work instruction documents and training technicians.
5. 对新设备进行验收评估,参与新设备的安装调试并给出评估意见.(设备备件清单,点检,保养计划,JSA等)
Carry out acceptance evaluation of new equipment, participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and give evaluation opinions. (equipment spare parts list, spot inspection, maintenance plan, JSA, etc.)
6. 和技术员一起对设备问题进行排查,分析. 收集设备关键指标参数,对设备问题进行分析并识别根本原因,制定改善计划.
Work with technicians to investigate and analyze equipment problems. Collect key indicators and parameters of equipment, analyze equipment problems and identify root causes, and develop improvement plans.
7. 定期组织内部技术员进行经验分享，持续提高团队维修技能。
Organize regular experience sharing with internal technicians to continuously improve the team's maintenance skills.
8. 协助主管和部门经理评估制定相关能力培训计划,持续提高团队维修技术水平,达到专业化和职业化.
Assist supervisors and department managers to evaluate and formulate relevant ability training plans, and continue to improve the team's maintenance technical level to achieve professionalism.
9. 负责协调外部供应商资源对设备进行改进，改善解决设备相关的问题.
Responsible for coordinating with external vendor resources to improve equipment and resolve equipment related issues.
10. 评估和主导设备年度翻修计划和项目实施。
Evaluate and lead the annual equipment refurbishment plan and project implementation.
11. 牵头制定本组的设备相关预算和投资计划。
Lead the development of the group's equipment-related budget and investment plan.
12. 主导推进设备预见性维修的实施和改善。
Lead the drive to implement and improve equipment predictive maintenance.
13. 主导设备FMEA和TPM 项目开展和推进，持续优化设备相关保养，提高设备利用率。
Lead the development and promotion of equipment FMEA and TPM projects to continuously optimize equipment related maintenance and improve equipment utilisation.
14. 完成公司安排的其他任务.
Complete other tasks arranged by the company.
