Job Responsibilities：
1. Ensure that all products production in NDT process by Safran Landing Systems Suzhou are compliant with specifications and drawings.
2. Manage NDT process quality & Ensure it is properly executed, closely work with process engineer and production Level 2 people to ensure proper quality requirement flow down.
3. Attend daily QRQC L1 and report quality issue properly.
4. Review and /or approval operation sheet on NDT process from internal and supply chain.
5. Participant NDT process Nadcap self- audit and PRI audit.
6. Contribute to site AS9100 audit.
7. Contribute to process non-quality control, number of defect, scrap cost, concession cost.
8. Support SLS Suzhou process engineer to improve process stabilization.
9. Self continual improvement.
10. Attend weekly 8D, participant 8D investigation, rework steps definition, final disposition
11. New project industrialization on NDT process.
12. Conduct and finish internal and supply chain special process qualification and monitoring audit as per manager assigned.
13. Review and assess suppliers’ Major Nadcap NCR on SLS parts impaction, proposal suitable quality control method.
14. Support suppliers’ NDT process qualification and monitoring audit, as well as part validation.
15. Support supply chain special processes DVI part onsite validation and create report.
16. Support SLS Suzhou supply chain deal with suppliers’ quality risk / event.
17. Other task assigned by department manager.
Experience expected:
1. Non-destructive engineer level work for 3 to 5 years, familiar with ASTM 1444 and ASTM 1417.
2. NANDTB school certified method level 2 or level 3 (level 3 prefer) to NAS 410.
Education background:
1. Bachelor's degree minimum on material or non-destructive test related.
2. CET 4 or CET 6, proficient on English reading, writing, communication.
