机械设计结构设计UGNXPro/E汽车制造通用设备制造
Responsibilities 岗位职责 :
1. Implement product and solution development according to customer request or company strategy;1.根据客户要求或公司战略实施产品和解决方案开发；
2. Conduct NPD/Innovation projects development from concept design, prototype and verification, tool development, pilot runs and commercialization;
2.新产品/创新项目开发，包括概念设计、原型和验证、模具开发、试运行和量产；
3. Improve current products to meet customer demand, support in VE and production efficiency improvements;
3.改进现有产品以满足客户需求，并支持成本和生产效率改进；
4. Work with manufacturing during the design stage to incorporate manufacturability into the product design;
4.在设计阶段与制造工作，将可制造性纳入产品设计；
5. Create Product Drawings, ECN, parts number, BOM, drawings, specification and other technical documents;
5.创建产品图纸，发放ECN，零件号，BOM，图纸，规格书和其他技术文件；
6. Provide close technical support, guidance and training to Sales and Customers.
6.为销售和客户提供密切的技术支持，指导和培训。
Ability Request 能力要求 :
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
1.本科及以上学历，机械相关专业；
2. More than 2 years working experience of mechanical design; experienced in NPD or innovation projects is plus;
2. 2年以上机械设计工作经验，有新产品开发或创新项目经验者优先；
3. Familiar with mechanics, material, machine elements, mechanical manufacturing processes;
3.熟悉机械，材料，机械元件，机械制造工艺；
4. Good communication skills and team work capability;
4.良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力;
5. Good written and oral English;
5.良好的英语口语和书写能力；
6. Good design software ability, Skilled in UG, Pro-E are highly preferred.
6.良好的软件设计能力，熟练使用UG，pro-e优先。
