仓库管理供应链货运/物流/仓储
汇报人 (Reporting
to): Wuxitec Planning &Logistics manager 主机计划和物流经理
Mission使命:
Responsible
for finished goods delivery to customers in time and do right reception for
materials from suppliers. Record in/out for finished goods and materials in
BPCS to ensure stock accuracy.
负责成品及时交付给客户,做好供应商来料的接收工作。在BPCS中记录成品和材料的进出库,以确保库存的准确性。
Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于:

Cooperate with planning and
production to arrange the delivery based on customer requirements, no stock
variance with BPCS and customers.
配合计划和生产部门,根据客户要求安排交货,确保客户以及BPCS库存无差异。

Record in/out materials in
system, response and solve all abnormal issues during materials reception.
系统记录进出物料,解决物料在收货过程中出现的异常问题。

Responsible for recording cycle
wooden pallet in/out with customers and suppliers, no variance
负责对客户和供应商之间循环木包装的进出登记核对,无差异。

Responsible for shop order of
finished goods releasing and nameplate purchasing
负责成品机头工单释放并采购相对应的铭牌。

Daily check with the available
reports and systems to make sure no stock variances from warehouse, alarm the
abnormal status and follow up.
每日检查现有的报告和系统,确保仓库没有库存差异,对异常状态进行报警并跟进处理。

Response and work together with
planning, production, quality, logistics and packaging, implement and follow
up continuous improvement on stock moving.
与计划,生产,质量,物流和包装部门合作,实施和跟进库存的持续改进。

Be responsible for the good 6S in
responsible areas.

experience in supply chain, or experience equivalent

Be familiar with Office 365
