Main missions and responsibilities:
- Coordinate the topics and actions between Chinese partners (located in Xiamen) and French industrialization
- project team (located in France) for constructing the PCAM plant from design phase to operation phase.
- Coordinate and follow up the drafting and the transfer of PCAM technology documentation from China to France for the need of constructing the production plant
- As project progresses and enters into next steps later, participate the equipment & raw material supplier sourcing and support the bidding process and contract negotiation; be responsible for the contract execution of local equipment and raw material suppliers in China to ensure the contract performance in line with overall project need and request.
Required skills:
- Fluent in written and oral English skills for daily communication. French is a strong plus.
- Fluid relationship, customer orientation
- Open mind, rigor and organization spirits
- Capability of solving complex problems
Experiences and profile:
- Master degree or above on engineering or applied chemistry;
- 5 years of experiences or above on project management, especially for chemical industry plant or even PCAM plant construction / production.
- Experiences of managing the design and/or equipment suppliers for daily communication.
- First experiences in battery or battery material industry are welcome.
- Experiences of working in an international enterprise is preferred.
- PMP Certificate is a plus.
