主要工作职责与任务Key Responsibility & Tasks
1.生产管理 Production Management
• 根据市场需求和订单情况，合理调配人力、物力、设备等资源，确保生产任务按时、高质量完成，同时优化生产流程，持续提升生产效率，降低生产成本。
Based on market demand and order status, allocate human, material, and equipment resources rationally to ensure timely and high - quality completion of production tasks. Additionally, optimize the production process, enhance production efficiency continuously, and cut down production costs.
• 建立和完善生产管理制度与操作规范，监督生产过程严格遵循相关标准，强化生产现场管理，营造安全、有序的生产环境，减少生产事故发生率。
Establish and refine production management systems and operational procedures. Oversee the production process to ensure full compliance with relevant standards, strengthen on-site production control, foster a safe and well-organized production environment, and reduce the incidence of production accidents.
• 负责生产、维修团队的管理，定期评估团队成员绩效，激励员工提升工作能力与积极性，打造高绩效生产维修团队。
Oversee the integrated management of production and maintenance teams. Conduct regular performance evaluations, drive employee upskilling and engagement, and cultivate a high - performing, unified production - maintenance workforce.
• 优化设备预防性维护计划，定期对生产设备进行检查、保养与维修，确保设备正常运行，减少设备故障率与停机时间。管理维修团队，提升维修人员技术水平，合理安排维修任务，提高维修效率，降低维修成本。
Optimize preventive maintenance plans for production equipment, conduct regular inspections, servicing, and repairs to ensure smooth operation, minimize breakdowns, and reduce downtime. Lead the maintenance team to enhance technical proficiency, streamline repair workflows, improve response efficiency, and control operational costs.
2.质量管理 Quality Management
• 构建和优化质量管理体系，制定质量目标与标准，确保产品从原材料采购、生产加工到成品交付全流程符合质量管理要求，提升产品质量稳定性。
Establish and optimize the quality management system, formulate quality objectives and standards, ensure that the entire process from raw material procurement, production and processing to finished product delivery complies with quality management requirements, and enhance the stability of product quality.
• 组织开展质量检验与控制工作，运用统计过程控制等工具，对生产过程中的质量数据进行分析，及时发现质量问题并采取有效改进措施。
Organize and carry out quality inspection
and control work, use tools such as statistical process control to analyze
quality data during the production process, promptly identify quality issues
and take effective improvement measures.
• 处理客户质量投诉，组织质量问题调查与整改，与客户保持良好沟通，维护公司品牌形象与客户满意度。
Handle customer quality complaints,organize investigations and rectifications for quality issues, maintain good communication with customers, and safeguard the company's brand image and customer satisfaction.
3.项目管理 Project Management
• 全程把控项目进度、质量与成本，确保项目按计划顺利交付。
Oversee the entire project lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance, and cost efficiency.
• 与总部全球项目团队对接项目事宜，协调跨部门合作，与工程、采购、销售等部门紧密沟通，及时解决项目推进过程中的问题与冲突，保障项目各环节协同顺畅。
Collaborate with the global project team at headquarters to align on project deliverables. Facilitate cross-functional cooperation with engineering, procurement, sales, and other departments to proactively resolve issues and conflicts, ensuring seamless coordination across all project phases.

2.教育程度及专业Education level and major:
• 本科或同等学历Bachelor degree or equivalent
• 汽车工程、机械工程、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业优先。系统学习过汽车零部件设计、制造工艺、质量管理体系等专业课程，具备扎实的专业知识基础。
Candidates majoring in relevant fields such as automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, and quality management will be given priority. Those who have systematically studied professional courses such as automotive parts design, manufacturing processes, and quality management systems and have a solid foundation of professional knowledge are preferred.
