模具设计工程师

职位描述：
工作概要：负责模具及零配件的设计与修改，模具及零配件图档的维护与保存工作。
工作内容：
1. 按照新项目开发计划，使用UG软件进行模具全3D设计、制作装配图档和2D装配图设计；
2. 使用UG软件进行2D装配图出图和在UG制图环境下BOM表的建立
3. 根据客户需求，完成模具修模的设计更改；
4. 协助模具供应商，解决模具制作过程中的问题点，保障模具顺利交付；
5. 完成模具图档、零配件图档的维护、保存于归档工作；
6. 制作DFM报告
7. 进行模流分析，并根据分析数据，对模具方案的可行性进行评估，完善模具设计方案，缩短模具开发周期，降低产品开发风险；
8. 对模具设计标准与技术创新的提出，对模具设计品质异常作出原因分析、总结经验，制定防范措施等；
9.完成岗位目标和上级下达的其他工作任务。
Job Description:
Job Overview: Responsible for the design and
modification of molds and spare parts, as well as the maintenance and
preservation of mold and spare parts drawings.
Job content:
1.According to the new project development plan,
use UG software for full 3D mold design, production of assembly drawing files,
and 2D assembly drawing design;
2. Use UG software to create 2D assembly drawings
ad establish BOM tables in UG drawing environment
3. Based on customer needs, complete the design
changes for mold repair;
4. Assist mold suppliers in resolving issues during
the mold manufacturing process to ensure smooth delivery of molds;
5. Complete the maintenance and archiving of mold
drawings and spare parts drawings;
6. Create DFM report
7. Conduct mold flow analysis and evaluate the
feasibility of the mold scheme based on the analysis data, improve the mold
design scheme, shorten the mold development cycle, and reduce product
development risks;
8. Propose standards and technological innovations
for mold design, analyze the causes of abnormal mold design quality, summarize
experience, and develop preventive measures;
9. Complete job objectives and other work tasks
assigned by superiors.
岗位要求：
1.专科及以上学历，机械/模具类相关专业；
2.两年以上塑料/橡胶射出成型模具设计相关工作经验；
3.能熟练使用AUTO CAD、UG等设计软件；
4.熟练的英语听说读写能力；
5.有较强的责任心、独立分析解决问题的能力；
6.有良好的沟通及团队协作能力。
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in
mechanical/mold related fields;
2. More than two years of work experience in
plastic/rubber injection molding mold design;
3. Proficient in using design software such as AUTO
CAD and UG;
4. Proficient in English listening, speaking,
reading, and writing skills;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to
independently analyze and solve problems;
6. Have good communication and teamwork skills.
