岗位职责
1. Be responsible for order release, tracking, and production progress
coordination to ensure the effective execution of the production plan.
负责订单发放、跟踪和生产进度协调，确保生产计划的有效执行。
2. Responsible for assigned new project sourcing, RFQ, price analysis,
negotiation and cross function alignment, on time delivery with right Quality/
Time/ Price.
负责指定新项目的采购工作，包括询价、价格分析、谈判以及跨部门协调，确保在合适的质量、时间和价格条件下准时交付。
3. Initiate and implement necessary purchasing projects, conduct supplier
market research and evaluation, negotiate prices and capacities, improve
cost/production effectiveness.
发起并执行必要的采购项目，开展供应商市场调研与评估，就价格与产能进行谈判，提升成本效益与生产效率。
4. Implement regional purchasing strategy for assigned commodities including
but not limited to new supplier development, benchmarking, cost model etc.
实施指定品类的区域采购策略，包括但不限于开发新供应商、进行对标分析、构建成本模型等。
5. Support programs launch to meet timing and quality requirement.
助力项目启动，确保满足时间和质量要求。
6. Responsible for annual cost reduction and value chain review, identify
the risk/opportunity, take right action and try the best.
负责年度成本削减及价值链评估，识别风险与机遇，采取恰当行动并全力以赴。
7. Other responsibilities assigned.
领导安排的其它工作。
任职要求
Ø Bachelor or above with major in Mechanical design or Material Engineering
background.
机械设计制造及其自动化或材料学专业
Ø Min5-8 years procurement experience, prefer within the automotive
industry.
5-8年的采购工作经验，最好在汽车行业
Ø NPI and program management experience will be a plus.
最好有项目采购经验
Ø Cross functional team experience with ability to perform plant.
优越的跨部门沟通能力
Ø Good computer skills (e.g., Power point, Excel, Word).
熟练使用office软件
Ø Fluent in both oral and written English.
基本的英语听说读写
Ø Must be able to travel.
