岗位描述：
- Actively participates in the development and implementation of processes, part development and equipment selection / installation
积极参与项目初期的工艺开发、产品开发及设备选型与安装
- Support development projects related to powder metallurgy components through material testing, data analysis, and process evaluation
支持粉末冶金件产品项目开发过程中的材料测试、数据分析与过程评估
- Assist in experiments and evaluations that require understanding of powder metallurgy and material science principles
协助进行粉末冶金件产品材料特性的实验和评估
- Provides assistance in the recommendation of modifications to tooling, plant equipment and prototypes in development, to permit economical manufacturing; or to meet performance specifications and the requirements of serviceability
对开发中的模具、机器设备、工装夹具提出合理化建议，以满足性能规范及实用性、经济性要求
- Supports and participates in production team meetings to review and resolve Quality, Service, Operations, Facilities, Human Resources and Health & Safety issues when required
支持并参与生产会议，在审核及解决质量、交付、运营、设施、人员及健康环境安全等问题时提出建议
- Acts as a technical resource and provides support to the human resources, processes, products, and equipment employed within the area to which you may be assigned on a day-to-day basis
作为技术资源在日常工作中给予人员、流程、产品及设备方面的支持
- Contributes towards meeting the goals of producing quality parts, on-time and at the lowest possible cost
协助实现品质、按时交付及最低成本优化的产品目标
- Develops Standard Operating Procedures for Operators and Tool Setters.
为一线员工制定标准作业流程
- Communicates with Production and other Departments on a regular basis to keep them well informed of the progress in technological advances made within the scope of this position
与生产等部门保持沟通交流，让他们充分了解本岗位技术提升的进展情况
- Participates in continuous improvement initiatives

- Adheres to Johnson Electric’s policies and procedures

- Ensure the requirements of the Quality Management System, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 are conformed to Other duties as assigned

实习期说明：
- 招聘人数：5名
- 专业要求：粉末冶金专业、材料成型与工程
- 工作时间：早8：00-17：00，午休1小时； 商业险
- 公司提供临时宿舍、午餐、晚餐、密云城区内通勤班车
