Report Solution Manager

Role Summary
The Biopharma, Patient & CDI (C4) team builds and maintains the platforms and capabilities that enable Pfizer Business Units to connect digitally with our external customers and effectively engage and collaborate across teams internally..  This includes all digital (web, mobile, omni-channel, & devices) products, platforms, services and experiences in service of patients, HCPs, payors, pharmacists, or clinical sites. We build advanced cloud-based technology solutions at a global scale that positively impact Pfizer business performance.
We are seeking a report solution manager for the commercial organization, including product performance outcome reporting, brand strategy insights, omnichannel engagement activities, executive analytics, etc. This role will work closely with business stakeholders within Pfizer and support efforts to standardize and centralize the commercial analytics and reporting ecosystems and help implement industry best practices in performance analytics and insights generation processes.
Role responsibilities
● Manage stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure alignment on governance and technical implementation decision making process.
● Apply strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge and comprehensive understanding of business processes to deliver reporting solutions.
● Lead the identification of data and insight needs, design and develop solutions utilizing MicroStrategy and tableau BI tools and frameworks that deliver exceptional user experiences.
● Effectively collaborate with cross-teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of complex digital solutions.
● Ensure projects are implemented using iterative, agile framework from initiation to implementation and compliant with Pfizer’s SDLC processes and methodologies.
● Stay up to date with latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our in-house solutions remain cutting edge
Basic Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering or related field.
● 7+ years of solutions delivery experience , preferably in pharmaceutical industry
● Solid understanding of software design and architectural patterns
● Extensive experience of data visualization tools and designing and building complex dashboards, including but not limited to MicroStrategy , Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik and similar.
● Good understanding of data and platform, especially AI/ML models & frameworks is preferred.
● Experience with business intelligence, analytics, reporting, and data transformation.
● Strong Project Management Skills: Overseeing complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
● Technical Strategy: Demonstrated analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills and ability to identify new issues, trends, and opportunities from data.
● Good knowledge of data quality, governance, and data cataloging best practices.
● Experience working in Jira and Confluence.
● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skill
