We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Agricultural Product Trainee/Intern to join our team, excellent communication skills, and a passion for market research and customer engagement. Based in Qingdao and/or Gaomi.
Key Responsibilities:

- Communication Material Preparation: Develop and organize technical documents, marketing materials, and reports in both English and Chinese.
- Statistical Evaluation: Analyze market data, generate insights, and support decision-making with actionable reports.
- Event & Training Coordination: Assist in planning and executing customer events, product training sessions, and industry exhibitions.
- Customer Surveys & Market Research: Design and conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and perform competitive market investigations.
- Customer & Dealer Visits: Organize and participate in visits to key clients and dealers to strengthen business relationships.
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written, with technical proficiency).
- Native Chinese with expertise in technical agricultural terminology.
- Additional language skills (e.g., French or German) are a plus (not mandatory).

- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Open-minded, proactive, and adaptable to multicultural environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently (domestic ).
