Responsibilities • Plan and execute component and module level tests for actuators, joints and structural elements of humanoid robots. • Select and develop appropriate test methods (static/dynamic load tests, endurance tests). • Design and build test rigs and fixtures for mechanical and electromechanical components. • Operate and calibrate measurement systems (force/torque sensors, strain gauges, motion capture). • Analyze test data, identify failure modes, and propose improvements. • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Document test procedures and results, prepare reports, and present findings to development teams. • Maintain and manage the testing environment, equipment, and instruments to ensure the stability and accuracy of the testing platform. • Track relevant testing standards for humanoid robots and components both domestically and internationally, participate in the development of new relevant national standards. Qualifications • Master in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field, at least 5years related working experience. • Strong mechanical skills: assembly, handling, and troubleshooting of components. • Experience in test planning and execution for mechanical or mechatronic systems. • Knowledge of measurement technology and data acquisition systems. • Ability to work with CAD tools for fixture design. • Strong English communication skills. • Understand robot related standards, possess the ability to analyze testing issues and drive improvements.
