Supply Planner-供应链专员

Purpose of Role:
The Supply Planner China MDLZ Supply
Chain will be responsible to support the
delivery of the Category business plans through delivering customer service
excellence, controlling inventories, optimizing cost and sustained NPDs supply
availability, demand fulfilment.
Main Responsibilities:
• Cooperating with the supply
planning of oversea factories in his/her respective country/area together with
co-packing facilities.
• Providing the inputs/reports to Supply
Reviews.
• Preparing and responsible for the supply
planning of NPD and supply chain reconfiguration projects.
• Bi-month review/reset inventory boundary,
executing inventory management for Finished Goods.
• Cooperating with the deployment planning
for the categories to support the continuous replenishment system
• Supporting supply planning manager and
providing critical inputs in improving service level and cost saving
• Building a strong and effective
relationship with the Manufacturing Site, CS&L team, commercial team to
ensure sustained and reliable product supply amidst NPD launches, supply chain reinvention and multi-faceted changes happening in the country
Career Experiences Required & Role
Implications:
1. Minimum of 5+years of supply chain experience
in inventory management, FMCG and factory-based is preferred.
2. Strong sizable knowledge of inventory
management techniques, capacity management practices
3. Strong understanding of cost drivers
along total Supply Chain
4. Good problem-solving skills,
5. Conflict management
6. Good analytical and financial planning
skills, process and time management
5. Good analysis skill
6. Experienced in system and tools (e.g. APO,
Power BI)
7. Fluent English, both oral and written
8. Project experience is a plus
