Reliability Engineer Assistant 助理可靠性工程师

Summary:
Responsible for assessing,
insuring, and improving the reliability of company’s products
负责公司产品可靠性的评估和改善
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 Assist the reliability engineers to perform the new process and product reliability qualification;协助可靠性工程师进行新工艺和产品可靠性验证；
2 Completed the reliability experiments independent, sort out the data, assist the reliability engineers to do the reliability failure verification, root cause analysis and corrective action efforts;
独立完成可靠性实验，整理实验数据，协助可靠性工程师进行失效验证，最终原因分析以及改进措施的实施；
3 Interfacing with customers on the quality, reliability and qualification related issues;协助解决客户端出现的品质，可靠性和检测的相关问题；
4 Maintaining the reliability database system.维护可靠性数据系统。
5 Perform other tasks assigned by superior.完成上级交办的其他工作任务。
REQUIREMENTS:
1 B.S. or above in electronics or Physics; background in statistics and reliability theory is a plus;电子/物理学相关专业本科及以上学历，统计学及可靠性相关知识背景;
2 Good knowledge of analog circuit, device physics, wafer process, assembly/package, etc.具备模拟电路，器件，工艺，封装等相关行业知识;
3 Good communication skills (both oral and written English)良好的英语读写能力;
4 Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork;责任心及团队合作精神;
