Responsibilities：
1. Provide technical leadership in the architecture, development, and continuous optimization of the MES platform.
2. Lead the resolution of complex technical and functional issues within the MES system, collaborating closely with business departments to understand root causes and implement solutions.
3. Manage the full lifecycle of MES development and enhancement projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
4. Manage IT personnel responsible for MES-related duties. Mentor and guide junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
5. Partner with business stakeholders to define future MES roadmap and strategy based on manufacturing goals.
6. Other duties or projects as assigned and required.
Requirements：
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2. Professional Experience| Minimum 8 years of experience in software development with a focus on MES solutions. Familiarity with the Siemens platform is preferred
3. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in C# .NET development for large-scale systems
4. Minimum 5 years of SQL Server /MySQL / Oracle database programming experience
5. Proven track record of leading full lifecycle MES implementation projects (from design to go-live& |support)
6. Along with demonstrated management capabilities. Prior experience in managing an IT department is highly preferred
7. Be able to read and write technical documents in English, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Fluent verbal communication is preferred
8. Relevant certifications(e.g., PMP, MES-specific) are a plus
